Embedding of Values

Corporate values are the core of every corporate culture. Deeply anchored and usually not immediately visible, they influence employees' actions and thus corporate processes and procedures as well. They provide orientation guidelines for employees and set the course for the company's future. If the corporate values put into practice are not identical with the official corporate values, the latter will lose their gravitative force and significance.

fgi Research Institute supports you in examining how corporate values are embedded in your company. In order to do this, it analyses such factors as:

  • how strongly employees identify with the corporate values,
  • the supportive or hindering role played by (unspoken) rules and norms,
  • the symbolic impact of top management as a central component in the embedding of values.
