Embedding of Values
Corporate values are the core of every corporate culture. Deeply anchored and usually not immediately visible, they influence employees' actions and thus corporate processes and procedures as well. They provide orientation guidelines for employees and set the course for the company's future. If the corporate values put into practice are not identical with the official corporate values, the latter will lose their gravitative force and significance.
