Three Levers for Emotional Persuasion.
Change Management seeks to persuade people and motivate them to action. In order to do so it must touch them emotionally because changes are always associated with deep cuts, insecurities and fears. fgi applies three major levers of emotional persuasion:
- Every change requires intelligent communication: together with the companies we use words and deeds to make it clear and understandable why change is needed and how it will proceed.
- Every change process requires a stable architecture: we divide change into phases and integrate intervention measures in such a way that no one is overburdened by them.
